In the scope of the ongoing improvement of the CAT Group competitiveness, a new operational and lean organisation is now set up.

Group Purchasing:

Purchases including general supplies are headed by Valérie Sarrieu who directly reports to Alejandro Forbes, CEO of CAT Group.
The purchases will specialise and bring new economies of scale so the group can purchase competitively in a rational way within the European market. This is in full compliance with the research already being carried out within our Procurement team.
The purchasing policy is a key point so that we remain among the best European logistic providers in the automotive market.

Vehicle Logistics Schemes:

Vehicle Logistics Schemes will be headed by Enrique Pastor, directly reporting to Antoine Namand, Director of VL France BU and International Flows.

Vehicle Logistics Division (VL):

The Vehicle Logistics division, still directly reporting to CAT Group CEO, Alejandro Forbes, has recently appointed Patrice Grosset as VL Director of South East Europe and Philippe GERBAULT as Operations Director.

Cargo Logistics Division (CL):

Still in the scope of the improvement of Group competitiveness , Stéphane Bonnard is appointed Head of CL Division, reporting to the CEO.

As from 1st of July 2008, Guillaume SAUZEDDE is appointed Head of CL France, and Rafal KRAJEWSKI Head of CL Central Europe.
