On 3 July 2007, VSI became the new shareholder of GAL, the owner of CAT.

As provided for under French law, the Court has placed GAL in administration. This legal procedure will allow GAL, which was no longer protected under the safeguard procedure since 30 May 2007, to formalise and then implement a continuation plan.

CAT is favourable to the arrival of a stable and steady new shareholder. With the support of VSI, CAT will be able to continue its development as a specialist in automotive logistics.

CAT is therefore in a position to reassure its customers and suppliers of its capacity to fulfil its commitments and to maintain its activities at the highest performance levels.
