For the last 6 years, Renault Trucks Blainville-sur-Orne
has awarded 5 Trophies to selected partners as part of its
"Quality, Safety and Exemplarity" plan. During the
latest award ceremony, held on 19 April, Amaury d'Anselme,
director of the truck maker's cab manufacturing plant and
Michel Lefevre, in charge of central maintenance for new work,
environment and energy saving, awarded CAT Blainville the
"Best Service Provider 2006" Trophy. This was for
its rapid response, adaptability and overall improvement in
the quality of service it provides to the truck manufacturer.

The Trophy rewards CAT Blainville's cab logistics activity
which consists of taking the cabs coming off the production
lines and stocking them before they are loaded and dispatched
to Renault Trucks assembly plants. In 2006, almost 50,000
cabs were handled and sent to Bourg en Bresse (57% of the
volume), Ghent or the UK. Apart from this activity, the Blainville
centre also provides other services to the Renault plant and
automotive players in the region, such as PDI and refurbishment
of both new and used trucks and private cars.
