With an impressive portfolio of customers and a wealth of experience, the CAT Group Polish subsidiary has won the Suzuki Motor Poland bid to tender for the management of its vehicle logistics. CAT Poland is already the provider of choice for eight other car manufacturers and will now in addition, manage the vehicle delivery process for the Japanese manufacturer to its dealer network.

The logistics company will ensure the international transportation of vehicles produced for the Polish market. From the Esztergom factory in Hungary, approximately 2,000 vehicles a year will be forwarded to the Kleszczow centre. A further 3,500 vehicles produced in Japan will arrive at the port of Gdynia. CAT Poland will receive, control, clear, wash & prepare some 5.500 vehicles. If required,

vehicles can also undergo accessory fitment or smart repairs. Upon exiting the Gdynia and Kleszczow sites vehicles will then be delivered across the 30 Polish brand dealerships. CAT Poland are also in the position to handle any inter-dealer exchanges where required.
